A storage box with a lid that snaps shut, in four presets (S, M, L and XL). Each size has a box, a lid and a slide-in divider: 12 parts in all.
The lid uses a 0.55 mm snap bead in a 0.45 mm groove with 0.25 mm clearance per side. Walls are 2.8 mm and the floor is 2.0 mm, with 5 mm corner radii. The dividers are 1.4 mm thick and slide into 1.8 mm slots. Closed height is the box height plus 2.0 mm.
Start with size S to dial in the snap on your printer, then print the rest.
You get STEP and IGES masters for changing sizes in CAD, print-ready STL, a 13-sheet PDF (including a 10:1 lid fit section and a preset table) and the Python source.
