How it works

Order and pay by card through Stripe. Use the "Describe the part" box at checkout.
We email you within 1 business day to confirm the scope. Reply with:
- what the part is for
- key measurements in mm or inches (overall size, hole spacing, what it must fit around)
- photos or a sketch with dimensions
- your printer and material (for example PLA on a 0.4 mm nozzle)
- anything it must not touch, hide or block
We design it, send the files by email, and make your included revisions.

Good to know

Designs are drawn in CAD from your measurements.
Not included: moving mechanisms, fine threads below M3, printing or shipping, and load-rated or safety-critical parts.
The files are yours for personal use. We won't sell your custom design without your permission.
Full refund if we decline the job before starting. Once files are delivered, orders are non-refundable.
