AG3D Lab sells digital 3D-print files (STEP, IGES, STL and PDF drawings) on Cults3D and Etsy. This policy covers three things:

1. The AG3D Lab Pinterest integration (the "App"): a small tool that publishes AG3D Lab's own product images to AG3D Lab's own Pinterest account.
2. The AG3D Lab YouTube uploader: a small tool that uploads AG3D Lab's own product videos to AG3D Lab's own YouTube channel through YouTube API Services.
3. This website and buyers who reach us from Etsy or Cults3D.

1. The AG3D Lab Pinterest integration

Who uses the App

The App has exactly one user: the AG3D Lab Pinterest business account, which AG3D Lab owns. It doesn't offer sign-in to the public, it isn't intended for anyone else, and it isn't for children under 13.

What data the App accesses

After the AG3D Lab account owner authorizes it through Pinterest's OAuth consent screen, the App accesses only that account's own data:

• Boards: names, descriptions and IDs of AG3D Lab's own boards, so it can create boards and choose where to save Pins.
• Pins: AG3D Lab's own Pins (title, description, image, destination link, board, ID), so it can create, check and correct them.
• Basic account information for that account (for example, username and account ID), so it can confirm it's connected to the right account.
• Pin and board analytics for AG3D Lab's own content, if requested, to see which designs people are interested in.

The App does not access, collect or store data about other Pinterest users. It doesn't follow, message or comment, and it doesn't read other people's boards or Pins.

Why we use it

Only to publish and manage AG3D Lab's own product Pins: images of our own designs, linking to our own listings on Cults3D or Etsy. Each Pin is approved individually by the account owner before it's published.

Storage

• Access tokens: the OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on AG3D Lab's private work machine, are never shared, and are used only to call the Pinterest API for this account.
• Pinterest data: in line with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, we don't keep a copy of information obtained through the Pinterest API, apart from analytics about our own account. We call the API each time we need information. Our own logs record only what we published (Pin ID, date, the listing it links to).
• We never ask for, collect or store Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

No selling or sharing

We don't sell, rent, license or share any information obtained from Pinterest with anyone, including advertisers, data brokers or other services. We don't use it for advertising outside Pinterest or to train AI or machine-learning models.

Deletion and revoking access

• Revoke: the account owner can revoke the App's access at any time in their Pinterest settings. Revoking makes our tokens stop working.
• Delete: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" to have us delete the stored tokens and our publishing logs. We confirm by email within 30 days.
• If you are a Pinterest user who isn't AG3D Lab and you believe we hold data about you, email us. We don't collect such data, but we'll check and confirm.

2. The AG3D Lab YouTube uploader (YouTube API Services)

What it is

The AG3D Lab YouTube uploader (the "Uploader") is a small program that uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API) to upload AG3D Lab's own product videos to AG3D Lab's own YouTube channel. It has one user: the AG3D Lab channel owner. It doesn't offer sign-in to anyone else and it isn't directed at children.

By using the Uploader, its user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

What data it accesses and how it's used

• It requests only the YouTube upload permission (youtube.upload). With it, the Uploader uploads videos to our own channel only, setting each video's title, description, tags, visibility (private by default), scheduled publish time and audience setting ("not made for kids").
• It doesn't read, collect or store data about other YouTube users, and it doesn't like, comment, subscribe or watch videos.
• Every upload is approved individually by the channel owner before it runs.
• The only API data it keeps is the video ID and upload time that YouTube returns, logged so we know what we published.

Storage

• The OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally, on AG3D Lab's private work machine only, in a file readable only by its owner. They're used only to call the YouTube Data API for our own channel.
• We never ask for, collect or store Google or YouTube passwords.
• Video IDs and upload times in our logs are refreshed or deleted within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

No selling or sharing

We don't sell, rent or share any data obtained through YouTube API Services. The Uploader doesn't let third parties serve content or ads, and it doesn't place cookies or similar technology on anyone's device.

Deletion and revoking access

• Revoke: the channel owner can revoke the Uploader's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete the stored tokens and any API data within 7 days.
• Delete: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". We delete the stored tokens and logs within 7 days and confirm by email. Deleting our copies doesn't remove videos from YouTube; to remove a video, use YouTube Studio.
• Questions or complaints about the Uploader's privacy practices: [email protected].

3. This website

This is a static information page. It has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies set by us, no analytics and no advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operations under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or use those logs to identify visitors.

4. Notice for Etsy and Cults3D buyers

If you buy an AG3D Lab file on Etsy or Cults3D, that platform processes your payment and account data under its own privacy policy.

• What we use: the information the platform shares with us (name, platform username, email address if provided, and order details), only to deliver your files, answer your messages, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
• What we don't do: we don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
• Support: message us through the platform from your order (Etsy Messages or Cults3D). We aim to reply within 2 business days.
• Etsy buyers: our Etsy shop policies have the full privacy section.

5. Your rights and contact

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may also have rights under the laws where you live (for example US state privacy laws or the GDPR), and we'll honour valid requests under those laws.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we update it on this page and change the effective date above.
